I’m Cigdem Kobu, the founder of Peaceful Triumphs, the calm, cozy, online gathering hub and learning playground for conscious, creative women who want to live, create and thrive with ease in all areas of their lives – from creativity to relationships, career to spirituality, and wellness to home.
What we do here is simple: We serve women who serve the world.
When I first founded Peaceful Triumphs, it was about providing much needed support to idea-driven introverted women creatives and solopreneurs. I still do that work through my courses, membership community and collaborative projects. But today, Peaceful Triumphs is much more than that. It is about us as a network of women who share their wisdom, courage and life knowhow.
We have grown into a collective hub of guides and teachers. And we serve wholehearted, open-minded women who want more from life. We want to support you so that you can use your true potential, connect with your deeper self, give birth to your creative dreams, lead with love, thrive with ease, and enjoy an equally healthy and happy life.
As the founder, I feel glad and honored to be a conduit for creating opportunities and experiences that enable the radiance and brilliance of women, especially the inward-seeking, creative luminaries who have the power to change the lives of others for the better. One of the thoughts that has always led and inspired me is what His Holiness the Dalai Lama had said during the Vancouver Peace Summit in 2009: “The world will be saved by the Western woman.”
I believe the world will be healed by all women—Western and Eastern, who connect and support each other.
That’s why I’ve been fostering women’s circles where I bring together women from different geographies and backgrounds so that they can connect in rich, nurturing environments and develop more effective and efficient ways, skills and strategies to lead joyful, fulfilled lives, share their wisdom with the world, be seen and heard, reach out and touch the lives of the people who need what they can offer.

- Kindness, love and generosity come first.
- The unique blend of your values, personality, strengths, and skills make you a rich human being.
- The work you do in the world must nourish your heart first.
- Personal growth and career success go hand-in-hand.
- Creative expression is as necessary as water.
- You thrive from the inside out, and thriving is not about your bank account.
- You can enjoy triumphs only if you show up and do the work.
- Consistent baby steps are better than inconsistent power leaps.
- It’s okay to change your mind or choose a different path – and it has nothing to do with being a flake.
- You can make the the world a better place by loving yourself, doing your best work, being kind, following your dreams, taking good care of your whole self including your body and your inner world, and transforming the people around you.

“We’re connected, as women. It’s like a spiderweb. If one part of that web vibrates, if there’s trouble, we all know it, but most of the time we’re just too scared, or selfish, or insecure to help. But if we don’t help each other, who will?”
~ Sarah Addison Allen
